This symposium is being organised by researchers from action.ai, a company involved in the investigation and production of conversational AI. Since 2015, action.ai has been active in the conversational AI space, developing research-driven solutions to language understanding and dialogue modelling challenges in a number of different domains. We pursue a mix of cutting edge data-driven and rules-based approaches to NLP to deliver state-of-the-art conversational AI products.

Our symposium is designed to reflect the prevailing spirit of our enterprise, exploring the praxis at the intersection of advanced NLP research and applied artificial intelligence.
